Giant sterling engine

Hi everyone!
I've been working on a sterling engine for a while now. When I started I had some design criteria.
They are: An output between 500 and 1000 watts.
Water cooling for eventual secondary hydronic heating
Beta configuration for maximum thermal isolation of seals and wear surfaces
Avoidance of expensive hunks of metal with elaborate machine work (I'm thinking internal fins)
Simple maintainence - a drop of oil here, a drop of oil there and a wipe down
Round the clock operation
Wood chunks (prunings) for a heat source
And this is what I came up with:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNnyuCADas (hopefully the link works this time)

Your thoughts?
