Hi Thanh
Oh! What a nice engine mate. I like the work you did on the fuel tank and the gearing for the generator.
Well done, I love it

Thanh, how do you cut such narrow and thin cooling fins? When I try to turn in aluminum a .062 wide gap and .062 fin with a .062 parting tool the fin bends over while cutting. Cut also stalls out lathe and belt slips. With .125 cut and .125 fin I have no problems.

Thanks,

The fins are ok, but to be more effective the gap could be wider unless forced air is used. Just my idea, might not be correct in practice.
