Energy from a Stirling Generator

Hello,

How much energy would come from a small, two-cylinder Stirling engine? How can I improve efficiency?

Here is my Ross Yoke ALPHA motor with a little power hacksaw, 20 / 30 minutes to cut a 12 mm steel bar.
