If there is anyone in the UK that is looking to buy a Rider Hot Air Engine, i found one on craigslist in Aberdeen
posted on 2013-03-01 (so may still be for sale) for 1500 Squids (seems like a very good price to me)..

I am Not affiliated in any way to the seller, but thought i would share it for anyone in the UK who's interested. If it was in Australia i would be posting pictures of it in my shed already...

Vamoose, the Rider looks as though its chrome plated or something, its fairly well polished. The Baily looks interesting, a good recovery job for someone. Ian S C

Hey Ian,
I've got a hunch that its had a general cleanup on the outside and was then given a couple coats of 'Gloss Black' to help give it a fresh look for the sell. Even though its not running, it seems to have all the parts (except the firebox is missing in the picture, may or maynot still be included?). I would gladly pay the equivalent £1,500 if i could find one in Australia (even though i would have to smash the piggybank open)..
I found that Bailey engine picture in some random web images, liked it and thought i'd throw it in, for some nostalgia..
she looks very lonely.

Not sure about the chrome effect. Also firebox seems to be missing. I would hold out for a better example.
