It has a feed pump and 2 valves. A composite working fluid. One is a phase change component. Wouldn't that make it a seimi Rankine cycle? I know there isn't much of this abstract to glean from, what there is seems unusual to me. They claim this composite working fluid has high thermal efficiency. Better than hydrogene? Maybe, a steam/stirling engine hybrid is a good idea.

No it isnt .It is an organic rankine cycle, stirling hybrid.
