Hi,
I read a article: "A LOW TEMPERATURE DIFFERENTIAL STIRLING ENGINE FOR POWER GENERATION".
The design is a very interesting form, but I couldn't find more about the engine.

Does any have more data about that?

This is a thesis by Calib c. Lloyd, from 2009. Its a BIG motor, and pressurised to 10 bar. Designed for geothermal generation, so it could end up down a bore hole, mabe 5 Kilometers deep, or however deep required to get the heat required.

Or look for something like this on google, or where you found the other site, this will tell all about the LTD motor. unfortunately it is unfinished. Canterbury Univesity engineering dept specialises in Stirling engine studies. Ian S C

Does University of Canterbury still study LTD stirling engine ?

I have no direct connection with Canterbury University, but you could proberbly try asking them. I think that Caleb C. Lloyd is now Caleb C.Lloyd PhD, The LTD motor was for his thesis for his doctrate, so whether he continued after he graduated, I don't know. Other graduants form Whisper -Tech, to design and build the WhisperGen, Stirling Engine generator.
