Its not new, but it should work ok, perhaps you could improve it by rolling it in powedered graphite, just don't let it warm up too much, as it will expand a bit on heating. Ian S C

I don't know where you come from, but I think in Britain they call it an Iron Mongers shop, here in New Zealand its called a Hardware shop, the graphite powder comes in s small puffer pack, its used to lubricate locks and hinges. Ian S C
