Are there any way to calculate the fly wheel??

You could use my high tech method, pick a size, not too small, and with a bit of luck the motor will go. Next, if it goes, take a guess (is it too big, or too small), try another and see if it improves, If you make it smaller, the motor will go faster, but it may not have very much torque, some of my motors will run without any flywheel, very fast, but no power at all. If you use too heavy a FW it puts extra load on the bearings, best if reasonable large diameter, and not too heavy, but all the weight concentrated at the rim.
It's probably possible to calculate the weight and diameter, but you would need to know the revs, and torque, ie., the power out put of the motor (funny, but you would need the flywheel so you could test the motor), But these motors give so little power, that although you can calculate the theoretic power, the only real way is practical testing, and with a new motor, you should find that by the time you'v done all the testing, the power at the crankshaft will have improved, so you might need a different FW than what you started with.
I just try another every now and then to see which works best on the day!! Ian S C

It's sort of like a lever, one pound at one foot = one foot pound, 1/2 a pound at two foot = one foot pound, but it's half the weight.
