Photo Gallery Coming Very Soon!

Coming very soon is a "Gallery" where you can upload images to the forum.

You can see the start of it at the top of the forum called "Stirling Engine Gallery"

What I am going to need from you guy's is a list of divisions or categories.

I have started with only one right now and that is "Tin Can Engines", but I would like to hear a discussion here in this thread as to any others that should be added.

As soon as that is done, I will open them up.

Next, it a place to store files. I may also need someone to help me Moderate a file section, as that could get very time consuming.

I have a little Stirling gallery on Gsites , it's very time consuming adding engines by hand though, so something more automated like this

I have the categories : Coke can engines, tin can engines, LTD engines and other.

I suggest for the categories, Tin and coke can engines, LTD engines, Machined (high temp) engines, and power producing engines.

One section for parts and supplies would be useful. Basically, a place where we scrounge for parts. Pictures of various mass-produced sealing devices, tools, and other things that only a stirling engine builder would love. It might be necessary to categorize this by location so that everyone won't have to buy from any one country.

You are definitely in need of the machined engine class. Thats what I build. Goodluck in setting this gallery up Darryl as the occassional visitor & modelers will head straight for the photos. Also will help support the hobby and gain newbies. Youtube links in the gallery a plus too.
