Purchase a Stirling Engine for commercial use, not a toy

Post by GemMountain »

I am having the worst time trying to find any manufacturer that actually sells stirling engines other than desk decor.
I am looking for 10-20kw electric production with a delta T around 100-400 Celsius.
I am located in NY, USA. Any advice?

Thank You!

Hello. I think only v160 or its current clone was mas produced. And it is in your power range.

This was posted on ebay a few days ago, as surplus. but when I inquired, it had just been sold.

Nice at least to see that some of these old used? high tech free piston solar dish type Stirlings are appearing at a price, less than a million dollars.

This one was only $9,000.

I asked, but he didn't say if it still worked.
