Hi Guys ..'m making a can stirling engine...'ve tried running it but it doesnt work :(...i doubt bout my power piston fit... wats approx the clearance b/n the cylinder n piston??Also b/n displacer cylinder n piston??

The clearance between the power piston and it's cylinder should be almost nothing, you certainly shouldn't be able to see any gaps, shine a torch from behind the piston, if you see any light on the other side then the gap is too big.

As for the displacer, it should be about 2- 5 mm clearance (not too important this)

Check there's not too much friction in the bearings too.
