Small Beta type stirling engine not running

Can any one trouble shoot?

Description:
Steel wool displacer, lose fit - will fall on its own weight
heat source - Biogas
Ballon as power piston
Checked for leakage, nothing found
Flywheel - used 2 to 5 CDs, with no outcome.

I think I can see why the motor wont work, you have a large clearance around the displacer rod, you need absolute minimum without binding/friction.
