next try to run a rotary displacer stirling

Post by fishsmoker »

after months of no dealing with stirlings at all, I started another try for a rotating displacer.

I cannot go more accurate with my tools and skills, but still it does not move. I will replace the piston tonight by a condom-membrane to see if it starts breathing .... very frustating.

Any ideas?

the piston consists of 3 sections of hard-foam and is milled on a little lathe
