Thank you both for your replies. Yes, I would expect this to be stationary. Either land based or on a fixed, ocean-based facility. I have an idea for a LTD Stirling system which uses liquid to move heat from the hot temp end to the low temp end. It has no moving parts other than a few one-way valves.
