Re: Stirling alpha . recicled materiales - new creatures
I congratulate you. Their engines are very robust. I guess it has to manufacture machine tools flywheels, etc.. and that offers many possibilities. Yo. for now, I've only built the alpha system. Since I prefer to perfect before moving on to other systems, but can not wait to try other models, using ...

Re: Stirling alpha . recicled materiales - new creatures
The motors are alpha type and are constructed extracted from old computer hard drives, VCRs, power supplies materials. etc- The pistons are constructed with glass syringes 2 cubic cm, cut with diamond blade and tucked into copper tubes, which are used for heating. There is an excellent link of this ...

Re: Alpha type engines built from recycled materials
jeringillas are covered by the copper tube heating.
Tin solder is held well because the nuts are brass, and coins are covered with a layer of copper.

Rods are hard brass strips. You can see the engines in more detail in internet if you search "youtube airemotor". They are high resolution videos and they look pretty good.

Alpha type engines built from recycled materials
It's the first time I post in the forum, so take the opportunity to greet everyone. Since I met this engine, fell in love with them for their simplicity and efficiency, and I decided to build one of them, using recycled materials. I invite you to visit my gallery on youtube, I hope you like them. ht...
