How about a stirling generator/electric go-kart? Could have a battery and solar panel for buffering and quicker starts.

New guy full of opinions. Coleman makes a stirling cooler/refridgerator. Uses a rotary version though. I've seen refridgerators on a few websites, mainly for marine applications.
